Company History
ATC was originally a European brand that entered into a joint venture with Hollyland Group in 1992. In 1994, it was acquired by Hollyland Group and became a wholly-owned subsidiary of the group since then.

1997
 ATC Batteries Industry Company Limited established in Hong Kong
2000
 ATC developed the rechargeable battery product to meet the strong market demand by investing in rechargeable production plant and technology.
2009
 ATC Batteries Industry Company Limited has renamed as ATC EnergyTech Corporation Limited with the new corporate direction in green and portable power technology.
2010
 Establishment of ATC EnergyTech (Shenzhen) Corporation Limited with focuses on research, development and production of battery charger as well as portable power solution.
Today
 Nowadays, ATC is playing a leading role in portable power solution, battery and battery charger manufacturing. With more than 60 years of relevant experiences in dry-cell battery, the company has installed advanced production technology and has built a solid reputation worldwide. ATC is still committed in continuously improving ourselves and maintaining our market competitiveness.
